Sir, this customer got the loan disbursed today and now wishes to close the loan on the same day by paying the disbursed amount. The customer has already made the payment, but it is currently showing as a part payment in the CRM.

Kindly close this case from your end at the earliest.

  • Status changed from open to Resolved

Reject your last payment.
and add new payment having closing type - CLOSED
while uploading new payment - upload payment of 35000.
But don't verify.
