Hard Reject of cases from 7 to 10 count

Description

Every case that has active cases more than 7 is hard rejected in our CRM but the case count should be 10 according to the policy, pls check in the system and make this change asap so that we can approve cases above 7 and below 10 active cases.

Example: CPHPK7520R (Active 7, closed 9: still hard rejected)
