I am facing an issue while creating a team for Mandatory Daily Scoring.

As shown in the attached screenshot, when I try to create a team, the system shows:

“No eligible MANAGER SALES-HEAD, MANAGER CREDIT-HEAD, MANAGER COLLECTION-HEAD found to add.”

Because of this, I am unable to select any team members and the Create Team button cannot be used. The system is also showing “Select at least one member to create team and start scoring.”

Kindly check the eligibility/role mapping of the users and resolve the issue so that I can create the team and start the mandatory daily scoring process.

Impact: Unable to create the team and start daily scoring.
