Description

The system is currently triggering a HARD_REJECT at the final step of the process (when the executive completes it) due to a high active loan count(loan limit threshold 21).

To improve efficiency, please configure the system to reject these types of files at the initial stage, or as soon as the active account value is detected.

When the customer applied for the loan, the loan count was 19. The current total loan count is 21, so this case was hard rejected. Please check the logs below.
