One major tech to be resolved
- we are encountering loan disbursal return from bank with remarks incorrect account number
- Verify account, penny drop showing in CRM, but customer has not received 1 rupees
- Now, as checkpoint, we are asking bank statement and validating account number which shows in CRM is same as bank statement (HOWEVER, THIS IS MANUAL, PENNY DROP NEED TO BE THE ALTERNATE FOR THIS, AND CUSTOMER MUST RECEIVE 1 RUPEES, THAT WILL ENSURE DISBURSAL NOT RETURNED)
