Dear Tech Team,
We urgently require that all received payment UTR numbers and Reference IDs be included in the Export Disbursed and Closed Leads reports.
Currently, these details are not available in the exported data, which is creating issues in payment reconciliation and tracking. Kindly update the export format to include the following fields for all transactions:
Payment UTR Number
Payment Reference ID
As this is impacting our daily operations, please treat this request as high priority and implement the changes on an urgent basis.
Kindly confirm once the update has been completed.
