What happened
On 21 Aug 2026, both users called repayment-dates. The API returned 1 Sep / 2 Sep (short tenure), not a later salary-aligned date.

Why (same logic for both)

Both are reloan cases. For reloan, repayment day comes from the previous loan’s repayment date, not the salary date on the form.
In both cases, the previous loan’s repayment date was 31 Aug 2026 (end of month).
Both paid that previous loan early on 21 Aug 2026 (about 9 days before due) → treated as pre-closure.
For 2nd–5th loans with pre-closure, the system adds +1 day to the repayment anchor.
So: 31 Aug + 1 day = 1 Sep, and the second option is 2 Sep.
From disbursement date 21 Aug, that is tenure 11 and 12.
And also 31 Aug is blocked by you.

Not a bug in salary date / state

Salary date and state (Telangana / Uttar Pradesh) did not drive these days.
Reloan + previous due date 31 Aug + pre-closure +1 produced 1–2 Sep.
