Dear Team,

This is to inform you that in the CRM system, the password reset option for user IDs is currently not visible. Earlier, this option was available, but now team members are unable to reset their passwords when forgotten.

Due to this issue, the team is facing difficulty in accessing their IDs and continuing daily operations.

Request you to kindly check this issue on priority and restore the password reset functionality at the earliest.
