Description
Loan no DUNIYAL0000043359 Sir, kindly reopen this case as it is currently closed, whereas it is showing as settled in the system.
- Status changed from open to In Progress
The Settlement letter has already been generated. And may be shared with customer. The last payment date is 15th may.
Should i still unverify last payment and open the case?

- Status changed from Resolved to Closed
