Hi Team,

As discussed, we request you to remove all customer applications with a CIBIL score of 510 from the Hard Reject category.

Additionally, going forward, please ensure that cases with a CIBIL score of 510 are not routed to Hard Reject automatically. The required changes should be implemented in the decisioning/rule engine so that these applications are processed as per the updated business policy.

Kindly confirm once:

All existing CIBIL 510 cases have been moved out of the Hard Reject bucket.
The rule has been updated to prevent future CIBIL 510 cases from being marked as Hard Reject.

Please treat this as a priority and share the expected timeline for implementation.
