Sir, this case needs to be closed. However, there is an excess payment of ₹9,245, and the system is allowing only ₹1,000 as the excess amount.
The customer has to be refunded the remaining excess amount. Kindly look into this issue.
As per the CRM, the repayment amount is ₹49,780, whereas the customer has paid ₹59,785.
Please check and resolve this issue so that we can close the case and process the customer's refund.

add atleast 1 payment, enter actual amount customer need to pay in the payment received field.
Add excess amount 1000. And tell me the remaining excess amount.
Just add, don't verify the payment.
I'll change the excess amount.
