Hi Sir,

This is a very serious concern regarding this issue. We have identified a bug in the CRM. The loan amount has already been disbursed to the customer, but the case status is still showing SANCTION_COMPLETED instead of DISBURSED.

Kindly investigate this issue on priority, as it may impact operations and reporting.
