Please take this one step back. The same customer appears twice under “Sanction Completed” due to a duplicate entry, and both entries have the same UTR. However, the amount has not been disbursed twice.

Kindly verify and remove the duplicate case from the “Disbursed” status of this Loan ID-ZAYLOLN0000005605.
